Signing Requirements:

To comply with financial regulations, your application must be signed by an authorised individual:

  • Limited Companies:
    If incorporated less than 3 years ago, the application must be signed by a current Company Director listed at Companies House.

  • Sole Traders:
    Must be signed by the Proprietor.

  • Partnerships:
    Must be signed by one of the Partners.

  • Charities:
    Must be signed by a Trustee.

  • All Other Entities:
    By the person with financial responsibility, e.g. Treasurer or Secretary.
