Signing Requirements:
To comply with financial regulations, your application must be signed by an authorised individual:

Limited Companies:
If incorporated less than 3 years ago, the application must be signed by a current Company Director listed at Companies House. -
Sole Traders:
Must be signed by the Proprietor. -
Partnerships:
Must be signed by one of the Partners. -
Charities:
Must be signed by a Trustee. -
All Other Entities:
By the person with financial responsibility, e.g. Treasurer or Secretary.
